- HOW TO MAKE
- Get a 5 litre bottle of water or use a large pot.
- Pour 1 litre of water from your bottle into a large pot.
- Bring 1 litre of water to a rolling boil / simmer.
- Open one sachet of Drink2Shrink and add the two bags into the rolling water; turn off the heat & leave to brew overnight. (6 to 8 hours)
- Afterwards, add your 1 litre of brewed Drink2Shrink, back to the remaining 3.5 litres of water. Mix thoroughly.
- Blend one cup (88 grams) of any fruit of your choice with some water or add any flavouring of your choice.
- Your juice is ready to drink.
- Drink 4-8 ounces of juice with your meals each time; 2 or 3 times a day.
